What is occupied home staging?

Occupied staging is staging a home that you are still living in or still have furniture in. The way this works is you meet with us at your home and we design the rooms using existing decor as well as bringing in a bit of our own to bring out the beauty of your home room by room. This could include cleaning, moving furniture around, and of course hanging pictures and placing decor.

Why Should You Stage Your Home?

When a home gets stuck on the market for a long time, it’s often due to buyers not being able to connect with the home. Home staging keeps the buyers’ focus where it should be, on the assets of the home. The investment in home staging is always less than your first price reduction. The National Association of Realtors recently revealed in a study the top ten reasons why you should invest in professional home staging services. Among those reasons are: your house will sell faster, you make more moneyand only 10% of home buyers can “visualize” the potential of a home.
