What is vacant home staging?

Vacant home staging is the art of temporarily decorating an unoccupied property with the intent to sell in today’s market. It’s all about bringing out your home’s best features and bringing them front and center, while also creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will speak to a buyer’s imagination. Vacant staging is taking a home that is empty and unoccupied then making it shine by bringing in furniture and cleaning to make the house as appealing as possible to buyers.

When a home gets stuck on the market for a long time, it’s often due to buyers not being able to connect with the home. Home staging keeps the buyers’ focus where it should be, on the assets of the home. The investment in home staging is always less than your first price reduction. Among those reasons are: your house will sell faster, you make more moneyand only 10% of home buyers can “visualize” the potential of a home.
